Buildnex Solutions Inc. is a construction management company focused on delivering multiplex developments and small-scale residential subdivision projects across the Greater Golden Horseshoe and Southern Ontario. Our work supports both rental and ownership housing by combining structured construction management, practical field experience, and modern construction technologies to deliver projects efficiently while maintaining strong quality standards.

Dr. Amin Sarang is a visionary leader, entrepreneur, and engineer whose journey spans continents, disciplines, and industries. With over two decades of experience driving innovation in civil engineering, real estate development, and value optimization, Dr. Sarang brings a rare blend of technical mastery and business insight to his role as Founder and Director of Buildnex.
Sadjad Keshavarz
Co-founder & CEO
Sadjad is a real estate development professional with experience delivering multiple residential projects across Canada and borders. He helped scale a leading luxury developer, with expertise in project management, cost control, and financial analysis. In Canada, he has held roles at Afflatus, Pentacore, and DEVNEX, bringing a strong mix of technical insight and hands-on development experience.
