Buildnex provides full construction management services for multiplex residential projects, the “Missing Little” residential infill across Ontario. These projects typically range from 3 to 16 residential units within low-rise buildings of up to three storeys plus basement.
Our team engages with projects from the early stages of development, supporting owners and development teams from the initial planning phase through construction and final project delivery. While permitting is typically led by planning consultants and architects, Buildnex provides construction-focused advisory input during this stage to ensure that cost, constructability, and project timelines are properly addressed. Once permits are secured, we assume full responsibility for managing the construction process from site preparation and demolition through completion and occupancy.

Garden suite construction
Buildnex provides services for garden suite projects across GTA. Garden suites are typically small, detached residential units built on existing residential lots, most commonly adding one additional dwelling unit and, in some municipalities, up to two units depending on local zoning regulations.
These projects offer homeowners and property investors an efficient way to increase housing capacity on existing properties while creating additional rental opportunities or flexible living space.
